| Academic planning | HSC applicants should check foundation requirements at each institution. What would your study plan cost?
Compare two course budgets using verified quotes you enter. Use each country’s currency and enter BDT per unit yourself; exchange rates are not live.
Complete both plans to compare the estimated total in BDT.
Start with a practical comparison guide
How to make a fair comparison
Match the study level and full course duration first. Include any preparation year, compulsory fees and realistic living costs. Academic entry, scholarship selection and immigration permission are separate decisions. An attractive country profile cannot replace checking the actual programme.
Use the official source links in each column to resolve open questions. When you have narrowed the destinations, compare universities and then specific course offers.
Make the same assumptions in every column
Choose the same study level and include any preparation stage in each plan. Record tuition for the whole degree and living expenses for the whole stay. Use a dated exchange rate for each currency when converting to BDT. A low annual fee can still produce a higher total if the complete route is longer.
Use preferences after essential requirements
First establish academic eligibility, an affordable funding plan and workable timing. Then compare the campus, curriculum, language environment and location. You can give your preferences different weights, but do not let a high preference score hide an unmet compulsory condition. There is no universal country score that can decide this for every student.
Discuss your comparison
Export the table and add the programme links you are investigating. Mark which entries are verified and which still require a reply. Ask your family to compare the payment calendar as well as the headline budget. Return to the original sources before accepting an offer, because the table is a dated summary rather than a live quotation.
