These terms apply to your use of studentvisafrombangladesh.com (“the website”), run by Student Visa From Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

• The website gives general information about studying abroad, taken from official government, embassy and university sources and written for students in Bangladesh.
• It is not legal, immigration or financial advice, and it does not replace the official source. Rules, fees and deadlines change, so check the official page linked at the end of each guide before you apply or pay.
• Universities and immigration authorities decide admissions and visas. We do not, and we cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship or a visa.
• We are not a government agency, an embassy, a visa application centre or a university, and we are not affiliated with any of them.
• We try to keep every page accurate and dated, but we do not promise that the website is free of errors or always up to date.

• The study assessment is free. When you submit it, you give us your study profile and contact details and you consent to being contacted.
• With that consent, we share your details with up to 3 partner education consultancies, who may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may receive a fee from a partner for the introduction. You do not pay us for it.
• Partner consultancies are separate businesses. Any service they provide, and any fee they charge, is agreed between you and them. Ask for the scope, fees and refund terms in writing before you agree.
• We are not responsible for the acts, advice or charges of a partner consultancy. If you have a complaint about a partner, tell us through the contact page so that we can review the partnership.
• You must give accurate information and must be allowed to share any contact details you enter. If you are under 18, complete the assessment with a parent or guardian.

How we handle your details is explained in the privacy policy.

• The budget calculator uses only the figures and exchange rate that you enter. It does not fetch a live rate, and its result is not proof of sufficient funds for a visa.
• Country and university comparisons are dated summaries. A university appearing on the website is not an endorsement, and a missing university is not a negative judgement.
• Saved lists and comparison choices are stored in your own browser. Copied comparison links show your selections to anyone you send them to.

• The website links to official and third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
• The text and design of this website belong to us. Photographs are used under the licences listed on the photo credits page. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page. Do not copy pages in bulk or present our content as your own.
• You use the website at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website, from decisions by universities or immigration authorities, or from services provided by third parties.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
