Our editorial approach
Useful information should be clear about its sources and its limits.
Last updated 4 October 2026
Official sources first
Immigration requirements should be checked against official government information. Admission requirements should be checked on the institution’s own course pages. Scholarships require verification from the awarding organisation.
Honest review status
Author and reviewer names are shown only when assigned. A source-check date indicates when the linked official resource was consulted; it does not claim professional legal review.
No invented authority
This website does not invent partnerships, testimonials, success rates, scholarship awards or guaranteed outcomes. We may receive a fee from a partner consultancy when we introduce a student. That does not change which countries or universities we cover, or how we describe them.
How we maintain current information
Each comparison record includes the official source, the date it was checked and a planned next review date. The latest full research pass was completed on 2026-10-04. A future review date is a maintenance target, not evidence that an automatic refresh has occurred.
When official pages conflict, we disclose the uncertainty rather than select a convenient threshold. We avoid publishing a deadline, scholarship amount or tuition figure without a specific scope and source.
Comparison methodology
Countries use the same planning criteria: academic route, language evidence, tuition approach, living costs and student permission. University profiles compare entry-route guidance, location, cost planning and institution-specific distinctions. These are research aids, not recommendations based on commissions or predictions of eligibility.
How information should be selected
Use the authority responsible for the fact: the institution for course requirements and fees, the awarding body for scholarships and the relevant government for immigration rules. Read the programme and entry year, not only a broad introduction. Where official pages conflict, identify the discrepancy and seek clarification instead of choosing the more attractive number.
Dates and corrections
A source-check date records a consultation of a source; it does not mean every rule has changed or that an individual case has been assessed. Our monthly review is intended to revisit records and flag stale or unclear information. It does not make this a live feed, and updates are not automatically published to the deployed site. Do not renew a factual verification date merely because a page responds successfully.
How to interpret calculations and suggestions
Preparation timelines are editorial planning suggestions. Calculators use the visitor’s inputs and do not fetch current university fees or exchange rates. Example figures are labelled as illustrations. Rankings, intake dates and award amounts should only appear with the relevant edition or year and an identifiable source. Corrections should retain enough context to show what changed.
