What the study assessment collects, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated 4 October 2026
What we collect
When you complete the free study assessment we collect the answers you give:
- Your study plan: preferred countries, study level, subject area and intake.
- Your background: latest qualification, result, passing year, English test and score.
- Your readiness: who will fund your studies, your first-year budget range, passport status, any past visa refusal and when you want to start.
- Your contact details: name, WhatsApp number, district, preferred contact time and, if you give it, your email address and message.
The form does not ask for passport scans, bank statements or payment. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, the email address or WhatsApp number you give, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, campaign tags in the link you followed, and the country your connection came from.
How we use and share it
We use your answers to prepare your summary and to contact you about your study plan.
We share your profile with partner education consultancies. When you tick the consent box on the assessment, you agree that we may pass your answers and contact details to up to 3 partner education consultancies that suit your destination and budget. Those consultancies may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about studying abroad. We may receive a fee from a partner for this introduction. You never pay us for it.
Each partner consultancy is responsible for how it handles your details after it receives them. Admission and visa outcomes are decided by universities and governments, not by us or by a partner.
We do not submit the form without your consent, and we do not sell your details to anyone outside this purpose.
Where it is stored and your choices
Assessment answers and contact messages are sent through Cloudflare, which hosts this website. They are stored in private storage on Cloudflare and in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet, and only our team can open them.
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold, correct them, delete them or stop sharing them with partners. Use the contact page and include the reference shown at the end of your assessment. If a partner has already received your details, you will also need to ask that partner directly.
Storage on your device
While you fill in the assessment, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so you do not lose them if you go back a step. They are cleared when you submit or close the tab. The landing page and campaign tags are kept the same way.
Saved university IDs and comparison choices may be kept in local storage on your device. They do not contain your name, phone number or email. “Clear saved list” removes saved universities, and your browser’s site-data controls remove everything. Comparison controls also write selected IDs to the page URL, so a shared link shows those selections.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and records page views and general events, such as an assessment step being completed. The answers and contact details you type into our forms are not sent to Google Analytics.
