Who can legally charge for visa advice
- Canada: only authorised representatives (Canadian lawyers and paralegals, Quebec notaries, and licensed immigration consultants) may charge for help with an IRCC application. IRCC may return or refuse an application made with an unauthorised paid representative.
- Australia: only registered migration agents, lawyers and exempt persons may lawfully give immigration assistance in Australia. You can check an agent on the OMARA register.
Where individual immigration advice is needed, we will say so and point you to an authorised adviser.
You stay in control
You submit your own application or approve every answer, and you keep all receipts and account access. We never create or alter a document, and no one can guarantee a visa. Any paid work, and its scope, is agreed in writing before it starts.
