Step by step from Bangladesh

  1. Get an unconditional offer

    On an ILEP-listed course.

  2. Pay your fees

    At least €6,000, or the full fee if lower.

  3. Take an approved English test

    Compulsory for every study visa.

  4. Prepare your finances

    €10,000+ with 6 months of statements.

  5. Apply online through AVATS

    Print and sign the form; up to 5 months before your course.

  6. Submit documents to New Delhi

    VFS is only for residents of India and Nepal; follow the embassy’s instructions for Bangladesh.

  7. Register after arrival

    Get your IRP and pay €300.

Common refusal reasons

  • No English test result.
  • Money spread across many sponsors instead of consolidated.
  • Unexplained deposits or gaps in the 6-month statement history.
