Ireland is an English-speaking EU country with 1-year master’s degrees and an open graduate work permission. Bangladeshi applications are handled by the Embassy of Ireland in New Delhi, and you must pay part of your fees before applying.
Non-EU fees are set by subject and university, so use the fee for your exact course and fee status. Apply to the university directly; non-EU students do not use the CAO system.

Researched starting points, not a complete list or a ranking. Check that your course is on the ILEP list, since that decides your work rights.
The Irish government runs one flagship award for non-EU postgraduates, and universities offer their own merit awards.

Some universities accept their own pre-sessional English course for applicants just below the required score.
Use a test on the Irish Immigration approved list; English-medium study alone is not enough.
