Coursework or research?
Coursework master’s are taught programmes, usually 1.5 to 2 years, and some accept graduates from any field. Research master’s are thesis-based and can be funded through the Research Training Program. Your choice also affects the Temporary Graduate visa: 2 years after a coursework master’s and 3 years after a research master’s.
