Bring these to your interview
Interview checklist
- Valid passport
- Form I-20Signed
- SEVIS I-901 fee receipt
- DS-160 confirmationBarcode matching your appointment
- Visa fee receipt and photo
- Financial evidenceBank statements and sponsor letters with official seals
- Academic recordsTranscripts, certificates, test scores
- Admission and funding letters
Avoid cancelled appointments
- The embassy cancels interviews if the DS-160 barcode does not match your appointment profile.
- Changes to your profile or DS-160 within 7 days of the interview also cancel it.
- Bring documents in English, or Bengali with English translations.
- Do not post documents to the embassy; mailed documents are destroyed.
