Cost FAQs
Can part-time work pay my costs?
Only partly. You can work up to 48 hours a fortnight in term, and Home Affairs says you should not rely on work to support yourself.
Is health cover optional?
No. Overseas Student Health Cover is a visa condition for the whole stay.
Are regional campuses cheaper?
Usually, mainly because rent is lower than in Sydney or Melbourne.
