Finland offers English-taught degrees, tuition waivers at many universities and one of the most generous post-study job-seeking permits. For Bangladeshi students the main practical hurdle is that identity checks for the residence permit happen at the Finland Application Centre in New Delhi.
Non-EU students pay tuition for English-taught bachelor’s and master’s degrees, unless they win a waiver. PhD study has no tuition fee, but you still need living-cost funding.
